Karra is a private
health & life tracker.
Karra is a personal health-tracking app. It keeps your sleep, workouts, hydration, nutrition, lab results, and plans in one place, syncs them automatically from the devices you already wear, and uses AI to explain what your numbers mean and what to do next. It is built for personal use โ your data is never sold and never used for advertising.

Each area works on its own, but they share context โ so your coach knows your sleep was poor before it comments on your training.
Daily health tracker
Log supplements, energy, hydration, habits, meals, and symptoms in seconds. A daily score and streaks keep it honest.
AI health coach
Reads your recent data โ sleep, recovery, macros, training load โ and gives you a few specific, prioritized things to act on.
Sleep & recovery
Sleep stages, HRV, resting heart rate, SpOโ, readiness, and body temperature trends pulled straight from your ring.
Workouts
Build a library, log sets and reps, track volume and calories, and see intensity trends over time.
Nutrition & macros
Describe a meal or snap a label and AI estimates the macros. Set protein, carb, fat, and sodium targets and track against them.
Body composition
Weight, body fat, muscle mass, and hydration synced from a smart scale, charted over the long run.
Medical records
Upload lab results and visit documents. AI summarizes them, flags out-of-range values, and keeps a searchable history.
Plans & events
Paste a reel, snap a flyer, or just type it โ Karra turns it into a plan, then reminds you before it starts.
Journal
Guided prompts, photos, and voice notes, with resurfaced memories and insights across your entries.
Tasks & time
Natural-language capture, recurring tasks, projects, and a time tracker that keeps running even if you close the app.
Timers
Named presets for cooking, workouts, and focus. Timers run on the server, so they survive a reload.
Correlations
See how habits line up with how you actually feel โ caffeine and sleep, training and energy, hydration and recovery.
Your devices, already talking
Connect once and Karra keeps itself current โ data refreshes automatically when you open the app. You can disconnect any service at any time.
How Karra uses your Google account data
Karra collects health and fitness data to enable hydration tracking, daily health summaries, and personalized AI coaching.
If you choose to connect your Google account, Karra requests read-only access to your Google Health hydration records (the water intake logged by a HidrateSpark smart bottle, which syncs to your Fitbit/Google account). Karra reads those records so your water intake appears in your daily tracker alongside everything else, and so your AI coach can factor hydration into its advice.
Karra does not write to, modify, or delete anything in your Google account. This data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train generalized AI or ML models. You can disconnect at any time in the app, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Your data is yours
Karra collects health and fitness data for one reason: to show it back to you and help you make sense of it.
- Never sold. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
- Never used to train models. Your data isn't used to train generalized AI or ML models.
- Read-only connections. Karra requests the minimum access needed, and only after you authorize it.
- Yours to delete. Disconnect a service or request full deletion whenever you want.
- Encrypted in transit and at rest.
